Service Advisor: 1 Year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 Year (Preferred)

Primary Responsibilities:
◉ Coordinate customer and vehicle processing, providing estimates of cost and time to complete and follow through to delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
◉ Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
◉ Explain service work including upcoming and preventive maintenance requirements to customers as required.
◉ Keep customers informed on any backorder parts/updates etc on job status.
◉ Check and review work in process and open work orders to see that all work is being performed proerly and time schedule is being met, as required.
◉ Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management.

◉ Minimum 1-year experience in a Automotive service advisor role,
◉ Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
◉ Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast paced environment
◉ Working knowledge of X-time (an asset)
◉ Exceptional communication skills
◉ Valid Class G Driver's License
