Disclaimer :   

Vehicle can only be exchanged in the event of major mechanical problems. A single exchange/refund per client is permitted at all participating Rafih Auto Group Dealerships. The guarantee runs for 3 days or 100kms(60mi), whichever comes first, starting on delivery date.

The vehicle must be of equal or greater value. In the event of an exchange, any equipment that has been added to the vehicle can be moved to the new vehicle at the customer’s expense. If it cannot be moved, the equipment is non-refundable.

The exchanged/returned vehicle must be returned in the same apparent condition and state it was in upon delivery. The vehicle exchange/return program cannot be assigned, transferred or sold, in whole or in part. The exchanged/returned vehicle must first be inspected by the Rafih Auto Group.

The exchange/return program does not apply to Second Chance Credit and alternative financing clients nor does it apply to Wholesale units, “B Lot vehicle’s” or vehicle’s sold “AS IS”. The exchange/return program applies to all Rafih Auto Group Dealerships in Canada, and to all purchases made after April 16th, 2020.

Exclusions:

Vehicles that have been damaged by the customer or anyone else, Commercial vehicles, Vehicles that have been modified or altered by the customer or someone else, in any way whatsoever, Vehicles that have been repaired without Rafih Auto Group’s prior authorization. Please note: 3 Day Exchange/Refund is not applicable for all Rafih Auto Group dealerships and vehicles. If you are not sure if your vehicle is covered, contact your sales rep.
